You cannot maintain a sound body with out a sound mind

A 100-year-old school teacher is a perfect example of what I mean. Olivia was interviewed on an evening TV show yesterday sharing her thoughts on keeping busy and having a purpose for living. She feels needed and valued by the school where she teaches kindergarten children how to read. She has been doing this since 1935 and her passion is driving her purpose or maybe her purpose is driving her passion. One thing is certain, she has discovered how to maintain a sound body and mind as she has experienced life the way she designed it. Research has shown that a high degree of prolonged stress causes rapid aging. Whether it is long-term stress or situations where you feel out of control, the end result is it can cause a myriad of complications. The key is to work at de-activating your stress level so as to reduce long-term consequences. Have you ever noticed how your immune system is compromised when you experience a stressful situation? We can quickly go into a panic mode but coming out of it is often a slower process.
have the power within to self-destruct or to succeed. A person who is grounded and centered in right thinking is the person who can conquer anything. Olivia, the 100 year old school teacher, is a wonderful example of that truth. She is a person who believes in herself and stands tall, knowing with every fiber of her heart and soul that she has right thinking and cannot be touched or influenced by the negative thoughts of others.
