Do you continuously doubt yourself? Are you the worry wart who believes no matter what you do, you are doomed for failure? Allow me to offer a solid morsel of critical advice: If you believe you will fail, surely you will. It is a fact that the more you focus on weakness, chances are very likely that disappointment will happen exactly the way your mind and heart predicted it would.

Worthiness is a given---we are all born with this character trait in tack. We do not earn it, nor do we need to learn about it, we simply need to accept it, honor it and believe that it is part of our being.
Maybe I should ask you another question When you get out of bed in the morning where do you place your focus? I am not speaking to the mundane activities that we all participate in but rather where do you let your mind travel to and focus on for that day?
There is a wonderful quote from Aristotle that says: "Pleasure in the job puts perfection in the work." If you repeat that statement over and over again you begin to realize the honesty in that statement.
It is okay to admit it you are not alone and believe me there are many people in the world who feel the same. Being stuck is often not the problem; rather learning how to get unstuck is the issue.
