Express your gratitude
Too often I have found that some people only see the dark and challenging times in life. They fail to be flexible or even open to new possibilities or change. We cannot grow without growing pains and we cannot change or improve our quality oflives when we keep our eyes only focused on resentment, anger and hate. There is a force out in the world today that would like to destroy and force people to become nothing more than puppets. They want to control the masses, dictate live the way they perceive it and rule as if their way was the only way. We, as free-thinking
There are many time in my life when I feel challenged, upset and even confused but when I calm down my nerves, my fears and my doubts, I am able to realize that it is through the Mercy of God, that my difficulties passed, my health improved and all my needs have continually been supplied.
It was all over the news last week. Two climbers reached the top of El Capitan in Yosemite National Park and they were the first people to ever scale the 3,000 foot granite wall using only their hands, feet and safety ropes. This particular formation is considered the world's most difficult rock climbs.
Do you show gratitude and appreciation to others who have shown their thoughtfulness and kindness to you? We all like to be told that we are appreciated. We all like to be encouraged so maybe it is time for you to set out and honor someone today.
Sometimes in life we are only focused on complaining that we forget to be in gratitude for what we have at this time. We all seek more but even in our stressful moments we all have something to be appreciative of maybe it is that we have good health, or food in our stomach or even that the sun is shinning today and warming our hearts.
