There are times in our lives where we reflect on where we are, who we are, and who we want to be or what we want to "get" out of life. It's during these times that we're at our most vulnerable. We often lose ourselves in the "could've been" scenarios that we really need to rise above before we can manifest the life we want to lead.

In life, we are destined to meet with challenges and roadblocks. Sometimes the inevitability of these events stops us dead in our tracks and virtually "wakes" us up to our surroundings and the atmosphere to which we have created for ourselves. Other times, these circumstances and situations are part of the Universe's way of saying, "Look, listen, and learn." As an awakened and intuitive being I've discovered there are both internal and external events in and out of our control. What do I mean by that?
When people experience a typical and less than desirable circumstances in their lives, there is sometimes a tendency to become habitually pessimistic. Pessimism can and will lead to even more negative outcomes. But know this: All that is required to change your habit is practicing positive thinking. When you practice positivity, you affect your overall wellbeing and actually shift gears that will ultimately shift behavior.
