Butterflies flitter and flutter about and it seems that they only exist so that we mortals can enjoy their beauty yet they have a far greater purpose. As the butterfly moves from one flower to another to suck the delicious nectar that it craves, it actually gathers pollen on its body.
Gossip, idle talk,unkind words are spoken daily through television, social media and simple conversations but I would like to suggest that maybe it would be nice to go out of your way to make some one else feel honored and special by finding something kind to say. When you make others look good you feel good too.
Do you spend money on luxury items like Smartphones, gaming systems, the Internet, cable or satellite television, and going out to restaurants? When you cannot download the latest application fast enough, or the newest gaming system you want is out of stock, or your Internet provider goes down for a few minutes, or your cable TV (with over 300 channels) does not have "anything" you want to watch, or the restaurant did not get your food out fast enough to you, do you get annoyed or anxious? Nature is showing us the way That is the message I heard when I watched a PBS documentary about Nature. As I was listening to the scientific research and its outcome the general message shared was how many animals share a loving and compassionate relationship with other animals that are very different from them.
For most of us, growing up meant going to school, doing chores and listening to our elders. We didn't comprehend, back then, why we had to abide by such stringent rules.
